Jim Sr. represents the 2nd generation of his family to assume the role of President/Owner of Doorwares Associates, Inc. Beginning in 1988 under my father’s tutelage, I learned the business from the ground up. Developing business relationships with a strong emphasis on service and a constant strive for continued education. Achieving the Certified Institutional locksmith, and ALOA continuing education instructor credentials have advanced me in better understanding and servicing the customer’s needs. Continuing the traditions of education and unparalleled service my father implemented along with a clear open vision will ensure the growth, development and market penetration of Doorwares Associates, Inc. today and well into the future.

As a 3rd generation manufacturers Rep, I have a lot of experience with all manner of projects. Growing up in a tight knit family, I was often with my Grandpop and Dad. This exposed me early on to many facets of our industry and has given me a unique skillset and understanding of what the customer needs. I have been factory trained and teach classes ranging from hinge installation to entire access control systems for many organizations in our territory. It is my firm belief that through perseverance, vision and integrity Doorwares Associates Inc. can best help everyone in our community grow.
